Very sad to leave nearly after seven days of silence, happiness and safari at just one place: Forest Hideaway in Bardia. But not just the place but also all the people working and guiding made my time so great. If I can find a few more free days in Nepal in the future. I will try my best to come back to enjoy and meet all the people again

We came for the wildlife but ended up in the hammocks. Lazy days in a wonderful and very peaceful place. Bardia is lovely. The people are great, the food here is tasty. Mohan is an interesting guy and can arrange everything. To the people coming to Forest Hideaway, enjoy your time and take a deep look.

Well, I didn’t see any tigers/
But who needs tigers if you have a lovely garden, comfy hammocks and some cold banana lassi.
I had a great relaxed time at Forest Hideaway and this was exactly what I needed after Pokhara.
Cheers guys! I had a blast.

A tiger very near. What do you need more? forest hideaway is real hideaway and staff are helpful so i do recommended other travelers

I thought this would be a great adventure for Peggy and I and it still surpassed the expectation by a mile. You have a remarkable operation in a super natural setting. Well done from your Canadian friends.

Coming here I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable room, clean, safe and clean food. I went on a walking and boating safari which proved to be productive. I think the only thing I didn’t see was a wild boar. Thanks to the good work of people here and that this place hasn’t turned into chitwan. My tour guide was amazing and how he spotted animals was amazing, especially the snakes. The tiger experience was so special and I will always remember it. Thank you and see you all soon

This was the perfect gateway for us. We enjoyed every bit of it. The guides, staff were always smiling and so full of stories to tell. The walks, safari and rafting where a special experience for us. We wish to visit again and spot more birds and perhaps a tiger. Thank you for the warmth and hospitality

For many years I have wanted to visit Bardia. I didn’t know what to expect- The forest Hideaway Hotel and staff have been great. But I came for the wildlife and I saw exactly what I had hoped for. Thanks to our guides. I have had a very interesting experience here. Highly recommended
